In 2018 we renovated our small guest house that is walking distance to downtown, Compton Gardens, and Crystal Bridges. This small and quaint little cottage is our guest house on a perfect small town street. The front bedroom was upgraded, and the back bedroom was converted to a master bath, with a new shower and refurbished 100 year old claw tub. It will sleep two in the master bedroom. The new renovation has a tank-less water heater and stacked washer & dryer. Property includes WIFI and several premium channels for your entertainment. Enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning in the original kitchen nook of this comfortable little rental. Please be fully aware that this guest house sits on our main residence property, so you do share our yard. We want you to book us with full knowledge of the set up. The good news is we are close by if you need anything during your stay. We are sorry, but no pets allowed at this property.

Summary: Everything was great. Comfortable bed & linens, loved the bathtub, great porch and patio. We walked and biked everywhere in Bentonville; never used the car once we arrived.

Summary: We had an AMAZING visit and loved staying at this beautiful cottage. It was very well appointed, and there seemed no amenities Kevin & Shelly hadn't thought of.It was very comfortable and within walking distance to the square. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: The interior of the Mockingbird cottage looks like something out of the pages of Southern Living magazine. Quite pretty, but also well thought out to be very comfortable for guests. We loved the easy walk to downtown and parks, as well as, the Crystal Bridges grounds.

Summary: This is the cutest, cleanest, most comfortable VRBO we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in about 20)! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the back porch, with so many birds, was delightful. There was every amenity you could think of to make your stay comfortable. Perfect location for walking to Walmart for groceries, many downtown dining choices, ice cream, coffee and, of course, the quaint town square.

Summary: The Bungalow has everything anyone can need. It was very clean. Located centrally to get to the square easily with a 5-minute walk. In a quiet neighborhood with comfortable furnishings and two TVs. I plan on staying here again next time I'm in town. It was exceptional
